Stitch Order
1) Placement stitching for buggy (lay down appliqué fabric here)
2) Tack down stitching for buggy (trim appliqué fabric here)
3) Handle and bottom of frame (silver)
4) Outside of wheels (white)
5) Inside of wheels (blue)
6) Final satin stitching around buggy
7) Buggy borders (dark pink)
