In-the-hoop stocking Advent calendar is a fun way to decorate and celebrate Christmas
Stockings provided in 2 different sizes:
Small: 2.12” x 2.86” – 1600 stitches (approximate depending on number on stocking)
Large: 2.86” x 3.86” – 2120 stitches (approximate depending on number on stocking)
Stockings grouped 2 ways for smaller version – 8 up and 2 up
Stockings grouped in sets of 2 for the larger version – 2 up
Stitch order:
1) placement stitching for stocking (tape down loops in corners and lay down red or green felt here)
2) placement stitching for stocking toes, cuffs and heels (lay white felt down here)
3) top stitching for toes, cuffs and heels (trim white felt around these shapes here)
4) number
5) circle around number (tape red or green felt to back of hoop here)
6) stocking top stitching
Complete instructions with photos are included with the embroidery design files.
Please note: this is a set of embroidery designs. You will need an embroidery machine or an embroidery module on your sewing machine to stitch out these designs.
