1) placement stitching for skull (lay down applique fabric here)
2) placement stitching for crossbones (lay down applique fabric here)
3) tack down stitching for skull (trim applique fabric here)
4) tack down stitching for crossbones (trim applique fabric here)
5) satin stitching for skull
6) satin stitching for crossbones
