Stitch Order
1) placement stitching for head (lay down applique fabric here)
2) tack down stitching for head (trim applique fabric here)
3) satin stitching for head
4) tongue (red)
5) mouth background (grey)
6) teeth (white) and whites of eyes
7) hair, eyebrows and pupils (black)
