Machine Embroidery Geek got started as one crazy New Year’s Resolution. On January 1st, 2013, I made a commitment to blog every day about some topic related to machine embroidery. I had been wanting to learn more about digitizing and embroidery so I thought – what better way to learn? It was a quite a journey, I learned (and wrote) A LOT. And my outcome was even better than I expected. The blog enabled me to launch a line of machine embroidery designs, and got me a gig writing for Creative Machine Embroidery Magazine. This experience proved that when you have to write something every day… you do learn A LOT.
For the first few years of Machine Embroidery Geek, I was primarily selling my embroidery designs through Etsy and SWAK Embroidery. You can still buy my designs on these stores, however they are obviously all here as well.
From time to time I post a free embroidery design. To access those designs, you simply subscribe to the blog and then you can download them. I have them all set up in a bunch of different formats, so you should find one that works for you.
Thanks for visiting and feel free to contact me with any questions.
