1) Placement stitching for balloons
2) tack down stitching for balloon 1 – one on left (trim fabric here)
3) satin stitching for balloon 1
4) tack down stitching for balloon 2 – one on right (trim fabric here)
5) satin stitching for balloon 2
6) tack down stitching for balloon 3 – middle (trim fabric here)
7) satin stitching for balloon 3
8) balloon strings
