Dress up a gift card by presenting it in this awesome in-the-hoop Santa gift card holder.
Size
1 size: 2.40″ x 3.47″ – 2667 stitches (fits a standard gift card)
How to make it
Note: complete instructions with photos are included with the embroidery design files
1) Placement stitching for front of card (white)
Lay down white felt over placement stitching
2) Stitching for Santa face (flesh color)
3) Stitching for Santa eyes (blue, black, green, or brown)
4) Placement stitching for beard and hat brim (white)
Lay down white felt over placement stitching
5) Finished stitching for beard and hat brim (white)
6) Holly leaves (green)
7) Berry (red)
Tape red felt to back of hooped stabilizer covering outline all stitching and extending 1″ above hat brim
8) Finished stitching of outline of card (white)
9) Circle for loop – optional (white) If you want to hang this on a tree or tie it to a package, after you are done, stitch a loop through this circle with embroidery floss.
Please note: this is a set of embroidery designs. You will need an embroidery machine or an embroidery module on your sewing machine to stitch out these designs.
