Stitch Order
1) placement stitching for hat (lay down appliqué fabric here)
2) tack down stitching for hat (trim appliqué fabric here)
3) placement stitching for bow (lay down appliqué fabric here)
4) tack down stitching for bow (trim appliqué fabric here)
