Getting this hoop was a game changer. I hate hooping smaller items on my Baby Lock Flourish 2. I gave this a chance as my last hope. So easy! Print and place my design. Hoop stabilizer. Place garment and hoop skirt in hoop. Held everything back.
I finally received my hoop after wrangling with the local post office. Julia was SO helpful and provided excellent customer service assistance. I had attempted 3 Onesies (for my grandson) on my Brother PE900 machine and it all ended in disaster or unacceptable for wear. With the hoop I was finally able to get a finished product where the embroidery looked good. Yay! I will be using it from now on with onesies and small t-shirts, etc. So glad this product was a great help. I did make a couple of novice mistakes with clipping the fabric while trimming the cut away stabilizer– that’s all on me. I was aware that was a common mistake with embroidery and cut away stabilizer and I still clipped the fabric. Oy!
I give Julia great applause and 5 stars for working with me and helping me to get the product post shipping.
Oh no – why is that? It was shipped regular USPS. I’ve never heard of this happening. I’m so sorry for the inconvenience. If you would consider reviewing the actual product once you receive it – I would very much appreciate it.
